Heaven came down tonight! What a privilege it was to worship with such an incredible team as we led hundreds of young adults from all over our city into the presence of God. There’s nothing like it!
2019: DO IT AFRAID. I learned so much this year about God’s Grace for me. How He fills in the gaps and loves me and meets me in the middle of my mess. I learned so much about the beauty and perfection of His timing. I was surrounded by people who encouraged and supported me, called me out and held me accountable. I stepped out in faith despite my fear and began to walk in the things God had been calling me to for years. I found a new freedom in worship. I’m still finding my feet, growing and learning every day, but it keeps getting better! 📸: @kenonphotography

SEVEN . . . Today marks 7 years in America, and I choose to celebrate! I can’t help but get emotional when I look back and see the goodness of God! At 16, I NEVER would have imagined life would be as sweet as it is today. (I literally thought my whole world was falling apart... and it did for a HOT MINUTE). But I know that every ounce of pain that I have endured throughout this journey has been part of a refining process. For that I am grateful. For that I celebrate!
CHRISTMAS GALA 2019 No fever could stop me today. Grateful for everyone who helped bring this event together. Grateful for friends who reminded me to rest, brought me medicine, coffee and hugs. I love my church family. I love my sisters. My heart is overflowing!
